The facilities at Tunley Equestrian Centre cater for all kinds of riders and horses, from those wanting to train for competitions in the 20m x 60m arena to those wanting to enjoy the many hacking routes in the surrounding countryside. TEC is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with your equine partner.
60m x 40m All Weather Arena
The newly renovated 60m x 40m all weather arena with rubber surface is the perfect place to perfect those dressage moves or jump a course of fences. The arena also has training mirrors and letter markers. Jumps are available to use.
American Barn Stabling
The main barn offers indoor stabling and protection from the elements in the cooler and hotter months. Stables feature rubber matting.
All Year Turnout
All year turnout is offered at TEC, a summer routine and winter routine is in place to ensure the fields are kept at their best. Herd turnout is encouraged to ensure the horses live in as natural an environment as possible, with limited individual paddocks available for rehabilitation and respite purposes.
Hacking
There are many great hacking routes from the yard, everything from a 30 minute hack ‘around the block’ to longer rides taking in many of the local bridleways and nearby lanes, the hilly Bath countryside offers the perfect environment for fittening horses. Many liveries organise to hack out together and enjoy exploring new routes.
Lunge Pen
A secure dedicated lunge pen allows a safe place to lunge your horse with a sand and fibre mixed surface.
